Pipeline, operated by Black Flag Design, keeps construction drawings, scope, work, inspections and payment records connected within your workspace.
Google sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your account identifier, name, email address and profile picture with our authentication provider, Clerk. We use this information to sign you in, identify your account and apply workspace access. Signing in with the same verified email can link Google to an existing Pipeline account.
Google sign-in requests only identity, email and profile information. It does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or calendar. Google account information is used for authentication and account administration, not advertising.
Project information
Pipeline stores the information you and your workspace members provide, including uploaded documents, project details, assignments, inspections, invoices and audit history. Other people can see these records according to their workspace and project permissions.
When you request drawing analysis or quantity extraction, the selected drawing is sent to Amazon Web Services (AWS) Bedrock for processing with AI models. Pipeline uses Anthropic Claude models by default. Review the results before using them for construction or payment decisions. Workspace integrations process the records you choose to send through those features.
Service providers and diagnostics
We use Clerk for authentication, Convex for application data and file storage, and Cloudflare to deliver the application. These providers process information needed to operate Pipeline. PostHog receives limited product events to help us understand whether actions succeed or fail. Those events do not include document contents, filenames or payment amounts. PostHog session recording is turned off.
Authentication uses browser storage and cookies to keep you signed in. Pipeline also remembers interface preferences such as your chosen appearance. Our providers may retain technical logs for service operation and security.
Access, retention and deletion
Project and audit records can remain after a person's workspace access is removed. Disconnecting Google stops that sign-in connection; it does not delete project records. You can review or revoke Google's authorization from your Google Account.
For questions, corrections, access requests or deletion requests, contact [email protected]. Include the account email and workspace concerned. We will review the request with the workspace owner, including any shared records that need to be retained.
